Connecticut employers play a critical role in helping working parents balance family and work responsibilities. 

Tri-Share, a state-supported initiative, splits childcare costs three ways: between the state, the employee, and the employer, making it easier for employees to stay in the workforce while ensuring their children receive quality care.
