Field to Glass: Sunflowers & Sake Summer Cocktail Class

Thursday, August 14 from 4:30PM - 6PM at Stone Acres Farm 

Join us to walk in the Sunflower field and learn about this unique, self-pollinating native flower. Then, gather in the Stone Acres formal garden for a talk and tasting with sake specialist and sommelier Janine Sacco. A selection of fine sake will be provided by Skurnik Wines & Spirits. 

Enjoy award-winning cheeses handmade by local cheese makers and canapes made with farm-fresh ingredients. Take home a seasonal simple syrup and a sunflower bouquet.
