The first workshop in the "Fundamentals of Starting or Growing a Business" five-session series explores the feasibility of your product/service idea, how it can become a business, who your customers and competitors are, your vision, strengths, and more. You will establish your value to your target audience and begin to understand how to communicate it.
The series, run by Arlene Saffron, Eric Munro and Anne Driscoll, is designed for individuals who are considering starting a business and for current business owners looking for insights and inspiration for growing their business. The workshops include in-class work on the most important aspects of building a business, as well as discussion and brainstorming. The series is free and includes class materials and light refreshments. It is strongly suggested, though not required, that participants attend all of the modules.
