Dime Bank Adds New Retail Team Leader to Manage Colchester Branch

Norwich, CT – Dime Bank is pleased to welcome the addition of an assistant vice president and branch manager of our new Colchester branch location at Dime Bank, a mutual bank headquartered in Norwich. Charles Maynard joined the bank in January, and is responsible for the operation and growth of the Colchester branch, developing new business relationships and ensuring all staff provide high-quality customer service.
 
Maynard brings with him over a decade of community banking experience. Prior to joining Dime, he was a relationship manager with Bankers Bank Northeast, where he was responsible for business development and management of client relationships.
 
Maynard resides in Colchester with his wife and two children. He currently serves as the treasurer of the Colchester Hayward Volunteer Fire Company, and is an assistant scout master for Boy Scout Troop 13. He is a member of the Colchester Lions Club and Colchester Business Association. Maynard holds a B.S. in horticulture from University of Connecticut, and is currently attending the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
