HR Masterpiece, L.L.C. Launches! New Boutique Human Resources Firm Serving Small Businesses in Four Counties!

Lisa M. Sanders, M.S., SHRM-CP, PHR and professional artist (Flower Branch Studio) launches "a boutique human resources firm" to assist small businesses with their HR needs!

HR Masterpiece, L.L.C. can serve as your personal human resources assistant without the costs associated with the overhead of a full-time hire. - “I have a M.S. in Organizational Psychology and over ten years of experience serving in human resources. I also have a background in fine arts with a studio (South Studio #8) located in the Velvet Mill in Stonington, CT.  HR Masterpiece (HRM) will be based out of that studio, but I will accept clients from New London, Hartford, Windham, and Middlesex Counties.  My vision is to assist small – medium sized companies (up to 100 employees) with a variety of HR needs. I have worked in manufacturing for almost five years now, but I have also filled HR and recruitment/retention roles in other industries like geriatric homecare and non-profit. HRM is a boutique consulting firm and I am the only employee (right now) so I will limit the number of clients I can accept to ensure quality customer service.  I will start servicing new clients this March (2017), but I am accepting inquiries from potential clients now.”
