StoneRidge Life Plan Community Partners with Mystic Museum of Art

Residents Sponsor Two Exhibitions at Cultural Institution

Mystic, CT – StoneRidge Life Plan Community stepped forward last week to recognize the cultural contributions of Mystic Museum of Art and to underwrite programming at the art institution by sponsoring two exhibitions this summer.
 
“The artists who reside at StoneRidge have regularly tapped the educational opportunities and exhibitions at the MMoA,” said StoneRidge Executive Director Richard Kisner. “To thank the museum for its contributions to our collective quality of life here in Mystic, we’re making this $2,500 contribution in support of additional programming. The Mystic Museum of Art is a treasure that we’re proud to partner with; it is an important part of the rich cultural fabric of this community,” he added.
 
The announcement of the gift by StoneRidge Life Plan Community was made by resident Donna Galliher at the opening of the Mystic Museum of Art’s Annual Members’ Show. StoneRidge is the exclusive sponsor of the Elected Artists and Members’ Exhibition that runs through June 4. The senior living community will also be underwriting the Sarah Stifler Lucas Solo Exhibition, scheduled from August 5 through September 17th.
