Join Chamber members and guests to mingle, eat, and network at the scenic Florence Griswold Museum. The ever-popular Wee Faerie Village outdoor installation is open for guests to enjoy as well as a new art exhibition Revisiting America: The Prints of Currier & Ives. Enjoy a stunning sunset on the Lieutenant River with the evening’s signature cocktail, The Cat’s Meow, in one hand and delightful treats from Gourmet Galley in the other! You can even take home some artwork of your very own!
Complimentary food, drinks, and door prizes are included. Donated door prizes are always welcome, please contact Stacy Herr at firstname.lastname@example.org. Donors will receive one free BAH pass.
This is a great opportunity to network with fellow business associates in a casual and interesting setting, so don’t forget your business cards!
Florence Griswold Museum is currently requesting all guests wear masks while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. This event is to be held outdoors (weather permitting), though restrooms and bar are indoors.
The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut values the platform that in-person events provide in order to build meaningful professional relationships among members, as well as sharing important knowledge and supporting local hosts. While we will follow the policies set forth by each private venue operator, we strongly encourage guests to wear a mask, wash/sanitize hands frequently, maintain social distancing, and choose a fist- or elbow-bump in favor of a handshake or hug. Safe, FDA-approved vaccinations against COVID-19 are now widely available at no charge for citizens over the age of 12, and the Chamber feels strongly that all guests should be fully vaccinated prior to attending any public or private event. Please know that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed when choosing to attend an event or gathering of any kind.
