Membership Application

Our most common dues selection for businesses (LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, and others). Annual dues amount is determined by number of employees. 

Discounted membership dues for an additional location of an existing member business, either sharing the same name, same ownership, or both. Primary location must maintain a general membership. 

Dues for 501(c) non-profit organizations. Discounted from the Business Dues amount to better accommodate charitable organizations, this rate is calculated in brackets based on employment size. 

Discounted membership for each additional location of an existing nonprofit member. Primary location/headquarters must maintain a general membership.

Dues for hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, and other guest accommodations. Dues are calculated based on total number of sleeping rooms at the property (base rate includes the first 15 rooms). 

Dues for education institutions (public, private, charter, magnet, technical, Boards of Education, etc.) serving students in kindergarten through grade 12. Colleges and universities should generally choose "Business Dues."

Dues for municipalities or government offices.
Departments of municipal members wishing to establish an additional directory listing/membership may choose "Additional Location" dues (i.e. Parks & Recreation, under the Town of XYZ). 

Dues for banks, credit unions, and comparable financial institutions. Annual dues are calculated per million in deposits. For institutions with multiple branches wishing to join, please contact us directly.
