Opus One Wine Dinner
The Opus One Wine Dinner at VUE24 Restaurant and Lounge will feature Hors D’Oeuvres of Gerard Bertrand Cremant de Limoux Brut Cuvee Thomas Jefferson 2013 and Gerard Bertrand Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose Thomas Jefferson 2013. First course will consist of Rainbow Trout with Honey Roasted Turnips, Citrus Cured Celery and Beurre Monte with Robert Mondavi Oakville Fume Blanc 2013. The second course is Pork Belly with Grilled Baby Gem Lettuce, Roasted Plums, Cracklings and Cabernet Gastrique with Opus One Napa Valley 2012. The main course meal will be Coffee Dusted Filet Mignon with King Oyster Mushrooms, Cipollini Onions, Black Currant Demi-Glace with Opus One Napa Valley 2010.
