SCORE Workshop: "Small Business Retirement Plan Options"
The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, Mentors to America’s Small Businesses, will present a free Small Business Workshop on "Small Business Retirement Plan Options."
You may be self-employed, or have a handful of people (or more) working for you. Either way, you’re in good company – yours is one of 29 million small businesses in the United States. This workshop will discuss The Connecticut Retirement Security Authority and how the state of Connecticut is taking steps to create a retirement program for your business, as well as additional retirement program options.
The Connecticut Retirement Security Authority is responsible for the design and implementation of a Connecticut Retirement Security Exchange for the state’s private sector employers and their employees. The Exchange is being designed as a way to promote and enhance retirement savings for Connecticut’s private sector workforce.
