Southeast Connecticut World Affairs Council (SECWAC) is proud to host Pamela Constable, a reporter and editor for the Washington Post. She will speak on "Afghanistan After the American Withdrawal: An Update". Ms. Constable specializes in coverage of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Pamela has authored books and also serves on the Council on Foreign Relations.
