Event Description:
Are you getting the results that you expect from your teams?  Are your teams delivering what was promised to their customers?  Do your teams waste time in meetings and end up running late and over budget?

Effective teamwork is essential in today’s fast-paced world, and yet so often it proves elusive.

In this workshop, we will explore what makes an effective team and the steps that you can take to build one. You will work on a team that you are currently responsible for and explore areas where the team is currently performing well and those that could do with improvement. You will leave with 3 focused actions that you can take to help you address your most immediate team challenges.

This workshop is for all those with responsibility for leading and managing teams.  It will be particularly valuable for leaders who rely on the work of many teams to deliver the results that they need.
