Brand management is the universal and realistic term to apply to marketing and communications at a time when consumers make decisions about a relationship with your brand, in a process that spans from search through to reviews/advocacy.
During this interactive chat, Maria will share tips on organizing brand delivery through tools such as editorial calendars, strong internal communications and the adoption of core values that are integrated into all audience communications. Maria will guide attendees through recommended efforts over a 24 to 36 month period that includes brand development (or reclamation) to ongoing management.
This program is about best practices and will be applicable for a mix of organizations (profit/not-for-profit), with a range of budgets and longevity.
