Quinn & Hary Marketing is seeking a full-time Senior Social Media Account Manager & Content Creator to join its dynamic and growing New London, Connecticut-based team to spearhead our clients’ social media strategies, ensuring their voices are not just heard but felt across the digital landscape.

The Opportunity: As a pivotal player within our team, you will lead the charge in managing and executing innovative social media strategies for our clients. Your mission will be to captivate and engage audiences, turning followers into fans and clicks into conversions. This role is for a creative and strategic thinker who’s not just fluent in social media but speaks it with a passion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, tailoring each plan to meet specific brand goals and audience needs.

  • Create compelling, brand-aligned content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate value to clients.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their brand voice is consistently amplified and respected across all social channels.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire any junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.

  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to craft both written and visual content that engages and inspires.

  • Strategic mindset, with experience in planning and executing social media campaigns that achieve measurable results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and team members.

  • A deep understanding of analytics tools and social media metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • A self-starter attitude, comfortable with navigating ambiguity and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
