We foster the community through support, educuation, awareness, and finding fund Natchaug's Joshua Center Programs treat children as young as six and as old as 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues, but do not require inpatient care. Psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents and adults: Inpatient treatment program; nine-site network of partial hospitalization and after-school treatment programs; seven-site state-approved K-12 special education program.
