Tobin, Carberry, O’Malley, Riley & Selinger P.C. is proud to announce that Attorney Joseph J. Selinger was recently designated as an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Attorney Selinger was given an AV rating from his peers, which means that he was deemed to have very high professional ethics and preeminent legal ability

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings evaluates lawyers based on the anonymous opinions of members of the Bar, including both those who are rated and those who are not. Martindale-Hubbell conducts secure online surveys of lawyers across multiple jurisdictions and geographic locations, in similar areas of practice as the lawyer being rated. Reviewers are instructed to assess their colleagues' general ethical standards and legal ability in a specific area of practice. Attorneys are rated in five key areas including legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience.

“All of the Firm’s forty-five employees are very proud that Martindale-Hubbell has selected Attorney Selinger for this recognition. He is widely known throughout the state for his excellent work as a corporate and securities lawyer, bond counsel, and commercial real estate practitioner serving governmental and institutional clients and local businesses," said Managing Partner Glenn Carberry.

“With Joe’s rating, we are pleased to report that all five of the Firm’s name partners (Tobin, Carberry, O’Malley, Riley & Selinger) have received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which we believe emphasizes our collective commitment to quality work and professionalism,” said Senior Partner Robert Tobin.
