Included in this October’s class offering is a credit and home-buying seminar that will be offered in English and Spanish. Home Buying Seminar: Information will be provided on current options and how to get approved for mortgage financing, recent underwriting requirements, and products that offer down payment assistance or help with costs associated with purchasing a home.
Credit Do’s and Don’ts: Tips on repairing, establishing and maintaining your credit score will be shared. Attendees will also gain insight on what lenders are looking for when they analyze credit history.

What is a Reverse Mortgage and is it Right for You?: Learn about reverse mortgages, the options available to you as a homeowner, and the advantages and the disadvantages you need to consider before deciding if a reverse mortgage is right for you.
