Chelsea Groton Bank to Host Small Business Expo on March 31

Groton, CT – On Tuesday, March 31, Chelsea Groton Bank will present a Small Business Expo at the Bank’s North Stonington branch. Current and aspiring small business owners are invited to attend to meet with experts and learn how to manage business disbursements more efficiently, increase cash flow, finance working capital and equipment, plan for retirement, and more. Representatives from SCORE, a national small business consulting firm with offices in New London County, will be present to consult with attendees about strategic planning and other challenges small businesses face.

Mary Conti, one of the event’s coordinators and Branch Manager of Chelsea Groton Bank in North Stonington said, “So often, small business owners have great ideas but they are trying to do everything with very little help. We are excited to host this event and be able to provide financial advice and other resources, such as the mentors from SCORE, to the hardworking business owners in our community.”
