Coastal Connecticut Magazine Signs Major Distribution Deal, Expands into Northeast

Madison, CTCoastal Connecticut magazine and its parent company, Post Road Media, have signed a major newsstand circulation deal that now places the magazine on premium newsstands from New York to Hartford to Boston, and increases its presence in luxury resorts and other desirable sites.

The publication will now be sold in retail locations including Barnes & Noble, Hudson News, and a diverse selection of mainstream outlets.

With this agreement, Coastal Connecticut will distribute over 33,000 print copies per issue, including 20,000 reaching and engaging affluent readers across Fairfield County. This achieves a pass-along readership of roughly 85,000 consumers in four states: Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

To support this effort, Coastal Connecticut is also pleased to announce its partnership with Aspire Media Marketing of Southport, who will provide business development and marketing strategy for the Fairfield County expansion.

"We're excited that our partnership with Post Road Media will afford us the opportunity to include Coastal Connecticut's distinctive editorial and design into our integrated, cross-media strategies for clients looking to reach the affluent market in Fairfield County," said Celie Campbell, Aspire's Managing Partner.

“Our expansion plans have taken a major step forward with this circulation agreement,” said Coastal Connecticut magazine publisher, Jordan Rizza. “We know there is a far larger audience for our content than we’ve been serving. Now, more people throughout the region can buy and enjoy Coastal Connecticut in print.
