Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank Promotes Two Senior Level Employees

Norwich, CT –  Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank is proud to announce the recent promotions of two of the Bank’s senior level employees, Michael Bartolotta and Tim Dyl. Together, they offer over 44 years of combined experience and knowledge to Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank.

Bartolotta has been promoted to SVP, Chief Information Officer. Bartolotta holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. He has also earned several certifications in technology, security and IT leadership.

Bartolotta joined Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank in 2005, and most recently held the title of SVP, Information Systems Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT and business; the last 18 of which within the banking industry. Prior to joining the Bank, Bartolotta held various positions of increasing responsibility from systems administration to IT management and leadership roles.

Dyl has been promoted to SVP, Chief Financial Officer at the Bank. Dyl holds a B.A. in Accounting from Rhode Island College.

Dyl has over 24 years of experience in regulatory and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis and financial systems implementation as specifically related to the banking and healthcare industries. He joined Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank in 2016, and most recently held the position as VP, Controller.

“Tim has more than proven his skills in guiding financial decisions and monitoring the Bank’s overall financial condition,” states Griffin. “He possesses a wealth of financial knowledge and experience, and we are confident in the continued value he will bring to the team as CFO.”
