Final Art After Dark and More at Mystic Arts Center

Mystic, CT – Mystic Arts Center (MAC) public programs continue in October with Art After Dark, Art of Wine and Halloween crafts!

On Tuesday, October 20th, from 6 to 8:30pm, Art After Dark concludes for the season at Mystic Arts Center with live music by John Fries Band and live art by local painter, Caroline Roque. This family-friendly Tuesday night summer concert features pizza by Pizzetta, beer by Cottrell, live music, and live art on our riverfront patio. Tickets are available at the door: $15 (non-members); $12 (members); $3 (children 4-12) Children 0-3 are free. Two hour parking vouchers included. On Saturday, October 31 from 5 to 5:45pm, join us in the MAC studios to make a mask before the Mystic Halloween Parade. If you’re already in costume, make a spooky decoration instead. Parade starts promptly at 6pm from our parking lot.

On Monday, November 2nd, from 7 to 8:30pm, Art of Wine continues with “Collecting Art & Wine” hosted by local gallerists Del Bouree Bach and Kristen Bach at Frizzante Wine Bar. Learn how the Bach’s choose artworks for their own collection. Frizzante representatives will give tips on curating a wine collection. Members $20 / Public $25.
