Hillary Ryan Joins Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Business Intelligence

Groton, CT – Hillary Ryan of Stonington, CT, recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Business Intelligence.  In this role, Hillary will be leading the Business Intelligence Department with responsibility for process improvement, project management, and data management.
 
“Hillary brings a deep understanding and extensive experience to this role,” shared William Lidestri, EVP, Director of Operations and Technology at Chelsea Groton Bank. “She will be a great asset to the team, as we continue to focus on continuous process improvement for current and future projects of the Bank.”
 
She was previously Director of Business Process Transformation at Barclays Bank. Prior to that, she was the Director of Process Management at Merrill Lynch and Co. in New York.
 
Hillary earned her B.S. in Business Finance from Lehigh University, and completed her MBA with a concentration in Finance at Fordham University.  She also has a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
