Non-Profits Receive Office Furniture from Charter Oak Federal Credit Union

Credit Union Improves Work Spaces at Three Local Non-Profits

Waterford, CT – Charter Oak Federal Credit Union continuously finds new ways to improve, enrich, and enhance the communities it serves. Most recently, the credit union donated office furniture to three local non-profits: the Children’s Museum of Southeastern Connecticut, Waterford Country School, and the Stonington Community Center, Inc.

Recipients were thrilled to receive the office furniture. More than 20 chairs, 10 file cabinets, and several tables were donated.

Charter Oak would like to encourage all businesses to consider donating unwanted office furniture to local non-profits. Many operate on tight budgets, and are unable to fully furnish their offices or create functional workspaces for their employees.
