Workshop Overview

Trust is the foundation of any successful workplace. In this workshop, participants will explore the true meaning of trust, why it is essential, and how to build and sustain it among teammates and colleagues.

Led by Richard Hews from Pathways of Growth, this session will provide practical strategies to understand, strengthen, and repair trust in professional relationships. Attendees will gain a structured approach to evaluating trust levels, addressing distrust, and implementing actionable steps to foster a culture of collaboration and respect.

About Richard J. Hews

Richard J. Hews is the founder of Pathways of Growth and a certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation. He holds certifications from the Newfield Network, Strozzi Institute, Institute of Generative Leadership and is a certified TetraMap Facilitator.

With over 30 years in Pharmaceutical R&D in both the UK and US, Richard has extensive experience in statistics, project management, and strategic leadership. He built a department supporting billion-dollar therapies and led initiatives to enhance drug development performance.

Richard has coached and consulted for major companies, including Pfizer, Ipsen, Alexion, and Shire. His Team Conversation Survey has been used by over 100 teams globally, involving over 1,000 team members.

Beyond corporate leadership, Richard served six years on the Board of Safe Futures of Southeastern Connecticut, including two as President. He also coaches non-profit leaders, including TED Fellows and Starting Bloc, and regularly delivers workshops on leadership and management.
