For nearly 40 years, Leadership Eastern CT has prepared future community leaders for positions of responsibility by acquainting them with current issues and processes that affect our region, while providing skill-building and connections with established business leaders. We will welcome keynote speaker, Michael Rauh, who served as President & CEO of Chelsea Groton Bank for 12 years, and is also the the recipient of the Chamber's 70th Citizen of the Year award.
