Join the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT and Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of Bayonet Apartments (Phase II) in New London. 

Event to encompass rental tour, staff meet-and-greet, and community networking. We hope to see you there!

About ECHO: 

Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities, Inc. (ECHO) is a Connecticut private, nonprofit corporation established with the mission of improving lives and strengthening communities in eastern Connecticut by providing equitable housing opportunities to individuals and families in the communities in which they work and wish to live. Our current focus is to provide affordable rental apartments in areas including Groton, Montville, New London, and Norwich.
