The Technology Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut was established to foster innovation, technology adoption, and collaboration within the region's business community. The Council serves as a forum for technology professionals, business leaders, educators, and innovators to explore emerging technologies, discuss industry trends, share best practices, and identify opportunities to strengthen Eastern Connecticut's technology ecosystem.

The Council is chaired by Atif Faruqui, founder of TurboFlow AI Solutions - a seasoned technology executive and startup founder with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation and automation. Drawing on his background leading large-scale initiatives at Fortune 500 companies, Atif helps small to mid-sized local businesses adopt enterprise-grade AI in a practical, affordable way.

The Council is supported by Kevin Zhang, Community Manager for the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, who serves as the Chamber's liaison to the Technology Council. Kevin brings a background in digital marketing, technology adoption, and business development, having worked with organizations ranging from startups and small businesses to global brands. His experience helps bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring the Council remains focused on practical solutions that drive growth and competitiveness for organizations throughout the region.

Through monthly meetings, educational programs, facility tours, and community partnerships, the Technology Council aims to connect technology leaders, support innovation, and help businesses leverage technology to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
