The Credit Union is interested in hiring a Business Lender. The Business Lender is a high‑performing, relationship‑driven sales professional responsible for generating business loan growth, deepening member relationships, and delivering an exceptional member experience across the full-lending life cycle. This role focuses on proactive business development, community engagement, and member education while serving as the primary point of contact for business members. The lender manages an active pipeline and an existing portfolio, identifying member needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely monitoring and follow‑up to support portfolio growth and long‑term member success.
