Deposit Operations/E-Services Specialist

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is interested in hiring a Deposit Operations Specialist. The specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the credit union and will assist or perform various electronic banking activities including remote deposit verification, online banking troubleshooting and bill pay support. In addition, candidate is responsible for providing support for debit cards, ACH transactions and returned item processing, and all other tasks related to deposit operations and E-Services.  

A successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Similar experience and the ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential. Previous Deposit operations experience is preferred.
