Mitchell College is seeking a Development Associate to support the fundraising and stewardship efforts of the college. This position will provide operational, data, and donor engagement support to the Office of Advancement; play a key role in ensuring accurate gift processing, timely donor acknowledgment, and consistent stewardship, while supporting entry-level donor engagement and Advancement initiatives. This position is full time, full year and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Primary Responsibilities Include: Donor Engagement & Stewardship (25–30%) Advancement Operations & Gift Processing (40%) Research, Events & Campaign Support (30%) Required Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree, required with 1-3 years of experience in a nonprofit, higher education, or advancement services environment. Must be able to demonstrated experience working directly in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, including constituent records, gift entry, queries, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional judgement and discretion in handling confidential information. This position requires a collaborative, service-orientated appraoch when working with internal and external constituents.
