Our Internship Program is designed to strengthen your development through three key aspects. 

Core business upskilling 

This is the foundation of your journey where you’ll be provided with challenging work that will build your knowledge in your chosen business area. You’ll gain exposure to the core of our work through lunch & learns, town halls, and workshops, tailored to helping you launch your renewable energy career. 

Vision-centered and collaborative hands-on learning 

Our journey in building and shaping an American clean energy industry is one that affects communities and therefore should go hand in hand with building more equitable systems for everyone. Together with your fellow interns, you’ll work alongside business teams and contribute to achieving results while enriching your education.

 Invaluable social capital 

You’ll have a dedicated career mentor, who’ll help you navigate your transition to our work environment. Throughout the internship, you’ll receive feedback on your performance and participate in tailored peer networking events.

How to Apply?

Applications for our summer internship positions will be posted in the fall or winter of the prior year. Please refer to the individual job postings on our careers site for specific deadlines. 

What you’ll need to apply 

• No more than 36 months’ work experience in your chosen field.

 • Fluency in written and spoken English. 

• The ability to work full-time without sponsorship now and in the foreseeable future.
