Maintenance Personnel (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Pillar Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Personnel to join our growing team! We manage a portfolio of historic and modern properties, and we’re looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping properties in top condition.

Position Type:

- Full-Time or Part-Time

- On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct weekly walkthrough inspections of properties to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met.

- Perform light maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

- Handle general painting, patching, and touch-up projects as needed.

- Collaborate with management and tenants to address and resolve maintenance requests promptly.

- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping, as required.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of inspections and completed work.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform light repairs and basic maintenance tasks independently.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team 

Flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies.
