Office Manager

Dynamic Alliance, a small IT consulting and services company for small to medium businesses, is seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact on the phones and create helpdesk tickets from client calls.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Order products and manage inventory.
  • Oversee marketing efforts and client management system operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle shipping and receiving.
  • Represent the company at occasional business events.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with initiative to ensure smooth processes, efficiency, and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • A team player ready to assist with the daily hustle and bustle of our business.
