Orthodontic Assistant

OASECT is looking for an Orthodontic Assistant! Come be a part of our team in a fun, fast-paced work environment where we use the latest technological advances in orthodontics and prioritize the patient experience. We use a combination of braces (Damon brackets) and clear aligners and have been voted one of the top orthodontic practices in the area since 2008.

Our Clinical Assistants are responsible for assisting the orthodontists in all aspects of patient care and procedures. Our patients are always our priority! Assistants make connections with our patients and help make the patients feel comfortable upon arrival.  After reading and interpreting the treatment plan, they begin prepping the patient’s mouth for the doctor and prepare for procedures by having the necessary tools sterilized and in place.  The assistant is also responsible for recording accurate chart notes for each appointment and communicating all details with the parent and front desk staff after the appointment.
