We are seeking an experienced and reliable Catering Sous Chef to support a seasonally busy catering operation. This role is essential to maintaining food quality, safety, organization, and continuity of operations—particularly during offsite events and when the Executive Chef is not scheduled.

Utility Staff (per diem)

We are looking for Kitchen Utility staff for Gourmet Galley Catering offsite events. The ideal candidates must be energetic team players, with a positive outlook and a passion for food, beverage, and events. The Utility staff members are responsible for properly receiving, maintaining, packing and storing GG vehicles for return shipment of all items delivered to the event. You will also maintain proper separation of all equipment delivered by outside vendors.

We are looking for qualified Event Directors to lead the execution and on-site management for Gourmet Galley Catering events.

You will go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied with every aspect of the event.
