The Connecticut Port Authority (CPA) is currently seeking two full-time summer interns to join our team. These internships are in-office positions based in Old Saybrook with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Interns may also have the opportunity to participate in fieldwork along the Connecticut coast, supporting business engagement and community events. About the Agency The Connecticut Port Authority is a quasi-public agency focused on promoting and coordinating the development of the state's ports and maritime economy. Our mission is to grow Connecticut's economy and create jobs by strategically investing in our three deepwater ports and small harbors, enabling each to reach its full economic potential. Reporting Structure Interns will report directly to the Executive Director. Scope of Work Interns will assist the CPA in expanding outreach within local communities. They will support the sharing of information, promotion of CPA initiatives, and collaboration with state and local government agencies as well as business organizations.
