SVP Chief Operating Officer

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will establish and maintain effective Human Resources, Governance, Risk Management, Security and Fraud prevention functions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will lead and support organizational efforts to optimize and create industry-leading member experience through disciplined governance systems and practices supporting employee safety, success and effective risk management. The COO will coordinate and integrate people, systems, and technology to drive operational excellence and support strategic objectives. The COO will effectively manage resources to achieve Board-approved goals and metrics in alignment with organizational values, the strategic plan, and the budget.
