Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and skilled Contract Therapists to join our expanding Bennett Center for Behavioral Health team in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services and a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, the clinician will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions. Financial incentives are available upon successful completion of six months of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with agency guidelines.
  • Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients. Engage with families to provide support and education regarding mental health issues.

Qualifications

Connecticut licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) required, If associate license only, working toward full clinical licensure in CT.

Currently paneled by insurance or eligible for insurance paneling a must.

A passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development are key attributes for success in this role.

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other languages) a plus
