VP Retail Experience

The Credit Union is interested in hiring a Vice President of Retail Experience. The VP of Retail Experience is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving a consistent, member-centered experience across retail branch and contact center channels. This role sets service standards, leads and develops frontline teams, and ensures performance excellence aligned with service quality, productivity, and responsible growth. The VP owns member experience measurement, identifies improvement opportunities, and balances compliance with a strong member-first focus. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, this position drives strategic alignment, strengthens brand engagement, and ensures seamless service delivery that supports the credit union’s strategic objectives.
