A key area of focus is to connect with young people who are facing significant barriers in their lives. This role requires significant relationship building/engaging skills, the ability to meet young people where they are, and to support them to identify goals in an effort to make positive changes in their lives. This position requires a dynamic individual with significant skills in the areas of advocacy, crisis intervention and conflict resolution. High School diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of one (1) year of behavioral health/human services related experience OR an Associate’s degree [or sixty (60) credits], in a human services-related discipline required; custodial care will not be counted as experience; excellent written and oral communication skills required; current, valid driver’s license required; candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified or eligible.
Part Time: Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
