Montessori Discovery School is a not-for-profit 50(c)(3) Montessori school located in beautiful southeastern Connecticut, MDS is a breath of fresh air from the busy city life. Our wetlands and fields provide outdoor explorations for our students as well as a home for our llamas and chickens. Children and staff learn to care for our environment and our animals while gaining independence through Montessori education. MDS is accredited by the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools and is a member of AMS, and Montessori Schools of Connecticut.
