Reliance Health (formerly Reliance House) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community mental health center with a mission to enhance health through mental wellness. With the passion and dedication of our 250+ employees, we help over 1,000 adults a year enhance their wellness through our 30+ programs. Reliance Health primarily receives funding support from the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services [DMHAS] and Department of Developmental Services [DDS].
