CFA Trail 5K & Children's Fun Run for Mental Health

Description

Join CFA (Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT) for a timed Trail 5K or Children's Fun Run (ages 6 and under) on Saturday, October 4 at Deans Mill Farm in Stonington.

This event takes you through a beautiful, fully trail-based course featuring scenic fall foliage. Expect uneven terrain. Walkers and runners of all paces are welcome. 

Your participation supports CFA, a nonprofit working to advance individual and community health. CFA serves nearly 10,000 children and families each year through mental health services, medical care, an urgent crisis center, dedicated children’s services, and essential safety net support for families in need.

• Race Start: 9 AM
• Early Bird Registration Fee: $35 (through 9/19)
• Regular Registration Fee: $45
• Kids 0 to 6: Free
• Register by September 19 to guarantee a t-shirt
