Covenant Shelter & Step Up New London - Boots on the Ground Resource Fair

Covenant Shelter and Step Up New London are excited to invite you to our first annual "Boots on the Ground" Community Resource Fair! We are co-hosting this event to bring our community together, raise awareness about the housing crisis, and celebrate the incredible collaborative work of local organizations like yours. 

The event will be held on Sunday, October 12th, (long weekend) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Covenant Shelter of New London's parking lot and street party. 

Our goal is to create a fun, engaging, and informative evening for the entire community. The resource fair is a chance for people to connect with local vendors and community partners to learn about the resources available to them and the great work our community is doing to serve those most in need. In addition to valuable networking, we'll have a number of exciting activities to bring people together, including a bounce house, face painting, line dancing lessons with a DJ, and a dunk tank challenge. 

We are also honored to have Representative Nolan leading a community cookout with hamburgers and taking the first plunge in the dunk tank, alongside other local legislators and community leaders!
