Dia de los Muertos Fundraiser at Outer Light Brewing

Celebrity bartenders Bruce Flax, President of the Greater Mystic Chamber, and Megan Gilbert, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, will compete in a friendly contest to see which side of the Thames brings in the biggest tips! The event will feature an ofrenda (altar) where community members can post photos to honor their deceased loved ones, craft activities for families, and Taqueria Cinco will serve Mexican appetizers and small plates for purchase. There is no charge to attend; however, tip jars will be available for your generous donations, along with a children’s art silent auction and a teacup raffle with gift certificates, baskets, and other tempting items. All proceeds benefit Riverfront's programs for babies and young children.
