This workshop at the Lyme Art Association with Eileen Eder will strengthen your plein air painting skills through specific lessons that build on each other through out the 3-day workshop. This is an intensive, rigorous, structured workshop that includes an on-location demo and a number of videos to add to your instruction at home. Begin your outdoor landscape painting season with improved skills and confidence. Some of the many topics covered include, the process of simplification, composition as the primary concern for every painting, shapes, values, color, the sky and atmospheric perspective, mixing greens and painting trees, and painting water.
