Stars Over Stonington brings together COMO supporters, volunteers, families and sponsors, for an evening celebrating the spirit of giving. This special night helps to sustain the COMO’s mission. We are deeply grateful to our gala committee, guests, and donors for their unwavering support, and we take pride in recognizing community leaders who inspire us all with their dedication and service. Join us in celebrating the impact we can make together. This year's honoree is local business owner and community supporter Andrew Field.

About our Honoree

The Field family’s connection to the COMO spans generations and reflects a deep commitment to community. Katie Field’s mother found a sense of belonging through COMO programs, and that legacy continued when Katie joined the COMO Preschool Class of 1983. Now, Katie and Andrew’s children, Samantha and Aiden, continue to be a part of the COMO family. Learning, playing, and creating at the same community center their relatives loved.

The family’s involvement doesn’t stop there. Andrew generously gave his time to coach 4th grade boys basketball last year and now serves as an assistant coach for the 5th grade boys travel team. Beyond their time and talents, the Field family and their business, Noah’s Restaurant, have made a lasting impact through athletic sponsorships and donations of pies and refrigeration to the popular “Flavors of the Fair” pie tent at the COMO Village Fair.

The Field family’s story reflects the COMO’s mission to inspire a welcoming and engaged community, where intellectual growth, active play, and creative expression connect generations.
