Whiskers in Wonderland

We are thrilled to invite you to our 12th annual Whiskers in Wonderland! We hold this event each year to raise money for for medical needs of the shelter pets at the Ledyard Animal Control.

Shoppers:

Business will be bringing some of their best just for you. So please come show them your support! 

Kids: 

We will have a table just for the kids. They will be able to make a pouch of Magical Reindeer Food; purchase their own mini stuffed kitten or puppy that includes an adoption certificate; and if they have pets, they can fill out a letter for the “Santa Run for the Pets’ program. Parents be sure to get the details of the program before leaving. 

Ways to Support: 

1. Pick a tag off the Snowman Wish Tree. Each tag has a special wish from the ACO's and pets at the Ledyard Animal Control. 

2. Bring a pet food donation! A table will be set up in the hall for you to drop off. 

3. Buy a raffle ticket! Local businesses and supporters have given so generously to our raffle table. The sale of each raffle benefits the medical fund! 

4 Santa Photos: Come see the star of the show...SANTA! Bring the family, kids, pets*, and your SMILES and get your photos taken with Santa! Proceeds from the photos will go to the medical fund.

So please come enjoy some holiday fun and be a part of doing something good for our community. By supporting this event we will be able to make a big difference for the pets at the Ledyard Animal Control!

*Pets are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash and cats in carriers except to take them out for a photo.
