Bradley International in Running for Top 10 Best Airport in U.S.

Voting is now underway for Condé Nast Traveler’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards poll and Bradley International Airport (BDL) is in the running to be named as a “Top 10 Best Airport in the U.S.” for 2025. For the last eight consecutive years, BDL has made Condé Nast Traveler’s top ten list.

Passengers can vote for BDL by visiting cntraveler.com/vote. Once on the site, simply choose “airports” and then select “Hartford (BDL)” from the list of nominees. Participants will then be asked to take a brief survey where they will rate BDL on its design, layout, food, shopping, accessibility and more.

“We invite our passenger community to vote for Bradley International Airport in the Condé Nast Traveler’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards and to help us bring this prestigious recognition home,” said Michael W. Shea, Executive Director of the Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA). “When leading travel publications recognize Bradley International Airport, it not only helps raise the profile of our airport in the travel industry, it also puts Connecticut in the national spotlight.”

This year’s voting comes as BDL grows its list of nonstop flights to more than 45 destinations on 12 different passenger airlines. Two major expansion projects, set to wrap up this year, will greatly enhance the flow and functionality of the terminal – providing more convenience for travelers.  Recently, BDL also launched a concierge service, opened new dining and shopping locations and updated several existing storefronts.

Voting for the Readers’ Choice Awards is open until June 30, 2025, and only takes a few minutes to complete. The winners will be announced this fall. Anyone who votes can also enter to win an eight-day European river cruise from Condé Nast Traveler.
