Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has promoted Waltnita “Neets” Brown to Senior Vice President Digital Experience and Operations, John Vincent to Business Lender and Jennifer Kugler to Branch Manager. “Neets, John, and Jennifer have each earned the trust of our members and their coworkers through consistent leadership and a strong commitment to service,” said Craig J. Knell, Charter Oak’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Their experience and dedication will help us to continue improving the member experience across our branches, lending, and digital channels.” Brown began her career with Charter Oak in 1985. She held several positions in Retail Banking Operations to include Teller, MSR, Branch Supervisor, Manager of the Phone Center before moving to Manager of Research & Development in 1999. She also served as a Database Analyst/Programmer, Electronic Banking Manager, Assistant Vice President E-Banking Manager and most recently Vice President Deposit Operations/Electronic Services. Brown is a graduate of Community College of Rhode Island and holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Vincent began his career with Charter Oak in 2014 as a Member Services Representative. He was later promoted to Work Leader, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Supervisor, Branch Manager and most recently Branch Officer in 2022. Vincent attended classes at Three Rivers Community College for Business Management and graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance in 2013. He is the Vice President of the Eastern Connecticut Chapter of the Credit Union League, a member of the Young Professionals of Eastern Connecticut; a program of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, and a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut Leadership Program. Kugler began her career with Charter Oak in 2025 as an Assistant Branch Manager. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
